Develop and evaluate concept designs for manufacturing layouts, tooling, and processes.
Conduct feasibility studies and simulations for new or modified production setups.
Ensure effective integration of new concepts within the global manufacturing network.
Provide technical expertise in industrial and mechanical engineering for NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Production Engineering, Operations, Documentation Management, and Sourcing — to ensure successful implementation of new solutions.
Identify, assess, and recommend new technologies, methods, and tools to enhance manufacturing excellence.
Prepare and communicate technical documentation, layouts, and reports to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Support knowledge sharing and standardization initiatives across all manufacturing sites.
Promote a culture of lean thinking, innovation, and integration within the manufacturing organization.

Our requirements
Strong foundation in manufacturing or industrial engineering principles.
Solid understanding of manufacturing layouts and process flows.
Proficiency in process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Ability to design and evaluate production tooling, trolleys, jigs, gauges, and fixtures.
Understanding of manufacturing systems integration, including automation, digitalization, and MES/ERP interfaces.
Proven experience in concept development — from ideation and feasibility studies through requirements management, prototyping, and implementation.
Strong analytical skills in capacity planning, takt/cycle time analysis, and line balancing.
Knowledge of safety, ergonomics, and sustainability practices in manufacturing environments.
A background in technical sales within automation, robotics, or innovation-driven manufacturing is considered an asset.

Expertise in mechanical engineering, particularly in tool and equipment design.
Competence with CAD/CAE tools for layout and equipment design.
